Nope, in fact if it's an evac mission you have to carry them to an evac (depending, you may be able to call one down where ever) and evac both the unconscious and the carrying soldiers. Otherwise I believe they're captured. Revival protocol is the only way to get them back into the fight as far as I know. 4.
